Thank you for visiting and shopping at Barock Stil, a wood carving company. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 7-42 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipments of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the country and the weight.

​Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

RETURN POLICY

Refund policy

Our policy is valid for seven calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 7 days has elapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective

  • Product must be unopened

  • Merchandise must not be damaged

To ensure the above criteria has been reached, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed standards, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the evidence mentioned above of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Shipping items

To return an order, you must contact us first.

Returns can be mailed to Sangeorgiu de Mures, Tofalau, 38/A. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs concerning the items that you wish to return. We will refund the shipping costs upon receiving the items.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to inspect it reasonably, then we may reject a refund.
